Refund and Cancellation Policy

Course/Registration Cancellation by Diabetes India.org:

DIABETES INDIA reserves the right to cancel a registration due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the course non-viable.

DIABETES INDIA reserves the right to cancel the registration of any member and not to refund the Membership Fees without giving any written notice on any grounds that DIABETES INDIA seems fit to maintain discipline and order in the class room or any other platforms.

If DIABETES INDIA cancels a Registration, registrants will be offered a full refund within 10 working days from the date of Cancellation. If the payment is made online then refund will be done online to the account from which the payment was made.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a course, DIABETES INDIA has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Refund of Online payment will be made within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation letter or email received in the account from which the payment was made and in case of Cash payment, the cash will have to be collected from the DIABETES INDIA Office.

Registration Cancellation by Participant:

Customers agree that we follow a ‘No Refund & Cancellation Policy’ at www.Diabetes India.org Customers agree that DIABETES INDIA is not responsible for refunding the course fees or amount paid for enrolment in any of the courses under the varied packages on the website. The concerned branch of DIABETES INDIA should be approached in case of any feedback, complaint or suggestions. The concerned branch or department will take responsibility for resolution of a problem within 10 days.

These above policies apply to all DIABETES INDIA courses unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
